There are many metaphors or models for a Ministry Team. Some like the organic idea of an amoeba with a nucleus, mitochondria, and pseudopodia to bring in new people. There is a benzene ring with six points and a circle in the middle embodying the interconnectedness of the whole team. The six points can be different categories of gifts.
